Free School フリースクールを訪問して

本日は、朝から愛知県瀬戸市へ行き、フリースクール「瀬戸ツクルスクール」の代表である一尾さんのお話を伺いました。
まず何がすごいのか、というと「無料」です。通常フリースクールは、3～5万/月程度が、運営にかかってしまうのですが、それを地域を巻き込んで行うことで、無料としています。
そして一尾さんの熱意もさることながら、それを自然体で楽しみながら行っている点が、利用者さんの増加と、運営面においての継続と進化を可能にしている、と感じました。
フリースクールと聞くと、本当に大丈夫なのか、と思ってしまうかもしれませんが、お話を聞いていると、ここで勉強させたい、という気持ちになります。
それは、学校目標に集約されています。下記です。
「どんな状況、環境でも自分で食べていける（稼いでいける）ようツクる力に注力する」
「活動において、どこに行くというより、何を目指しているのかが主眼」
生徒は、基本的に何をしても自由なのですが、クラスにはしっかりとした民主主義ルールがあります。やりたい事、希望などがあれば、議題箱にその要望書を入れます。 そして、クラスミーティングを行い、みんなで決めていきます。
そこには、「やりたいことがあれば、民主的に勝ち取る」システムが存在しています。
クラス内のルール変更も、クラスミーティングでスタッフも交えて行い、発言の重みは、大人も子供も、全く対等です。
一尾さんが何度も口にされた「対等であること」が、すべての基本とされるクラスでは、大人も子供もゲストも、ルールの元で皆、対等になります。
そのシステムの上で、生徒の自主性はどんどん発揮されていくそうです。
既存の学校が「受けとる力」を育む教育ならば、瀬戸ツクルスクールは、「自己リーダーシップ」「ツクる力」を育てるそれとなる、とのこと。
ビジネススクールで学び、アドラー心理学にも精通している一尾さんの言葉には、すでに開校して実績を積みつつある中で、確信に近い手ごたえも感じておられ、とても興味深く引き込まれるものでした。
最後に、瀬戸市には際立った産業がない、だから教育しかない、地域全体で教育を強くしていく、と云われたことが、とても私の胸を鼓動させたのを、今も覚えています。

Hoje eu fui a Seto-shi Aichi-ken para visitar uma escola particular "Seto Tsukuru school"(Free school).
Ai não tem nemnumas aulas ou obligação de esdudar mas só tem 2 atividades e algumas regras.E de graça!
1. Reunião de classe (Se algem quer fazer a coisa nova) 2. Fazer almoço com o todo mondo.
E a política educativa é seguinte, - Em baixo de qualque circunstância e qualque coisa acontecerá na vida, poder fazer e criar o negócio e sobreviver sozinho - O que voçê mirar é a principal na Educação
O pai e mãe deven preocupar que o aluno não estudar a matemática e historia e mais aulas, não precisar preocupar nada, ele disse.
"Assim que os alunos encontraran o que e eles quer ser ou fazer, eles vão começar de estudar sozinho"
È muito interessante sobre isso. Também ele conta que os professores deram o ambiente até conseguir e encina qualque aula que eles quiseran.
Se o aluno quer então professores ajudan, e se o aluno quer mudar as regras então a reunião de classe vá acontecer com o todo mondo sob a democracia.
Agora os alunos andan e fazen coisas novas sozinho e até estão podendo fazer negocios contra lojas da fora!
È uma forma nova de educação, acho que no Japão está precisando esse tipo de educações ou os povo todos não vão pensar por eles mesmo , e fican trabalhando sem pensar nada, fazendoos donos ricas..
Foi uma vista otima hoje.

This morning I visited a Free School in Seto-Shi Aichi-ken, named Seto TSUKURU School.To my astonishment it's tuition free, you pay only for Lunch.
Representative person is ICHIO san. He looks really enjoyable to run this school,in his words it's his hobby to have and run this school.
In this school there are no particular subject to study such as math or history or more.Only 2 things are routine , 1. Class meeting 2. Cooking lunch
You might, no, everybody might worry to not have math ou Japanese class and more.It's quite natural, I thought that way as well.However the more he explain about school the more I come to admit the vision and in the end I've got into Tsukuru School!
Educational policy is in short to able to Survive under any circunstances and make their own life better.It includes to able to have own business and maintain it by themselves.
Totally different from common public school in Japan,yet it sounds like excited and attractive.Why is it so?
Since we, most of Japanese people have studied at school with patient all the time.We all assume it can't be helped.
But look at this new system he's trying to provide ,it's only natural for us to make our heartbeat driven loudly.
As for Class Meeting, when a certain student wants to do some new activity or make a new rule in class,class meeting would be taken place anytime with every student and teachers.
The rule of Meeting is based on Democracy, and power level of opinion between student and teacher is flat, it means teacher doesn't teach anything, he is just a part of participants.
I could't believe it when I heard about it but ICHIO san said no claims nor complaints until now.Amazing.
I would like to write down more and more, yet this posted sentence got a little unorganized,so it's better stop writing.
